In 2012 LASSA Tyres teamed up with Adrian Flux French Car Show as associate sponsor.

The foundations of Lassa, which has now celebrated its 30th anniversary in the tyre business as Turkey’s leading established brand, were laid back in 1974. Founded by the Sabanc? Group of Companies and partners, Lassa was renamed Brisa ten years after starting production in 1978, after becoming a joint venture partner with Japanese giant Bridgestone Corporation,. Today Lassa tires are produced with Brisa’s latest technology and Research and Development studies.

British Drift Championship On Tour

This year we have teamed up with the British Drift Championship (BDC) on Tour. Away from their usual weekend racing we have Paul, Mark and their championship running awesome drift Taxis on the world famous Melbourne Loop. For only £10 you will be strapped into a rear wheel drive drift car and sent onto track for some white knuckle adrenalin rush action.

The BDC is the UKs premier drift series touring some of the UKs best circuits with some of the UK’s best drivers and celebs including Shane Lynch who stunned the crowds at French Car Show 2011 with team Japspeed.

Donington Park is probably best known for hosting the 1993 European Grand Prix, an event that was dominated by two things: rain, and the outstanding performance of the late Ayrton Senna, who led the race nearly from wire-to-wire, moving from fifth to first during the first lap, and defeating second-place Damon Hill by more than one minute.
