Opening Times

Friday 6th July 2018 :- 3pm for weekender campers who have pre-booked only
Saturday 7th July 2018 :- Show day 8am – 5pm (main show day)
Sunday 8th July, 2018 :- Club chill day 9am – 5pm (weekender tickets)

  • A ticket is £20 for show day (07/07/2018), this provides saturday entry only until 5pm

Under 16’s

Under 16 is completely free but must be accompanied by an adult. ALL persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket/wristband. Only two u16 per adult.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are dispatched about 4 weeks prior to the event. Any earlier and the incidence of customers misplacing tickets sky-rocket. If you have ordered after 4 weeks prior to the show, tickets are sent out every few days. Please note Royal Mail will not accept a report of lost tickets for 28 days.  Should you wish to report missing tickets please use the contact page.

Refunds and Consumer Contracts Regulations

Events are covered by the new Consumer Contractions Regulations in respect of event cancellation. The promoter FCS Ltd will not offer any refunds on tickets and track purchases if you are unable to attend or no longer with to go but you are welcome to sell unwanted tickets. Leisure activities with a specified date are exempt from cancellation and refund rights under Part H Section 6 of the act – “services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance”.

Track Time

Track Briefing

Donington Park Circuit Car Track Days provide you with the opportunity to drive your car around a race circuit. Your day will start with a detailed safety briefing given by a senior instructor. They will explain the rules and safety requirements and provide an insight into circuit driving before you go out on the track. The track runs from 9am-5pm. All drivers will need to attend sign on well before your allocated time slot, attend a sound check (you will be directed to scrutineering) and attend the compulsory safety briefing. There is a maximum of 30 cars permitted on the circuit at any time. See track page for more info.


All vehicles must comply to the strict noise limit of 98db(A), which is only measured by drive -by monitoring equipment. Please ensure that your car is in suitable condition for circuit driving and to MOT standard. Cars fitted with slick tyres are permitted. In the event of a car failing drive by sound check you will be removed from circuit. You must bring full driving licence and wear long sleeves and long trousers. Your car much be either toad legal or be in a safe condition.

Track Cancellation

Failure to be briefed in good time, vehicle not fit for purpose, vehicle deemed unsuitable or dangerous, mechanical breakdown, failure to present valid licence, dressed inappropriately, exceeding noise regulations, deemed unfit to participate by the track operator, adverse or poor weather, short sessions or delays, failure to comply with sign on terms and conditions, dangerous or poor driving, the list if not exhaustive. – No refunds will be given in the event of these circumstances.
