Advance Purchase and Limited Availability
Camping is available for purchase in advance only. Please do not arrive on the day expecting to camp without a ticket as you will be turned away.
Camping places are strictly limited to 200 people on a first come first served basis – please book early to avoid disappointment.
Limited Facilities
The camping facility is provided for people who have to travel a long distance to attend the show. Facilities are VERY limited. Please do not come expecting full camp site facilities – you will be disappointed. Having said that there is a toilet block by the camping area. There are shower facilities in the main paddock area about 100m from the camp site. Lighting will be limited so please bring a torch. We hope to have the tavern open so everyone can go and enjoy a drink and good social evening.
Important Camping Rules
Castle Combe do not normally provide camping but we want to grow this aspect of the show and turn camping into a major part of the show in future years – we are on probation this year with Castle Combe so please be respectful of other campers and the local people who live nearby.
Some basic rules will be enforced:
- No car movements after 10pm
- No entry to camping after 10pm – gates will be locked and guarded
- Please no loud music after midnight – you will be asked to leave if you are noisey after this time
- Please be considerate so that we are asked to come back next year bigger and better
By purchasing a camping ticket you are agreeing to enter into the terms mentioned above so please make sure you read them carefully.
